Farewell to Lake Tahoe.

We said farewell to Lake Tahoe on Mommy's Day Weekend, which Mommy really liked because it's her favorite place to visit AND we actually stayed in a hotel this time! Usually, we camp. It was a good thing we didn't because when we left Sunday afternoon it was, Mommy calls it, sleeting and snowing outside. We had lots of fun, Mommy said that she'll take us back someday when we're bigger so we can enjoy the mountains, the lake and everything more.

Ainsley even went in the pool this time with Daddy, it was her first time in a pool ever! I don't know if she liked it or not, but she didn't cry.

Ainsley did like sitting in the sun better than being in the pool, the water was a little cold.

Look at all of the snow that was still on the mountains! We've had a really cold spring, the coldest since the early 80's.

Mommy and Daddy thought this snow blower was really funny for some reason. Daddy says he needs one like this to get through the Minnesota winters. I don't really know what he's talking about...

Me, Mommy and Ainsley at Eagle Head Falls. Mommy says by late August there won't be any water left because all of the snow pack is melted. I don't really get that either, but the water was really cool to see!

Mommy's always wanted to eat at the Snow Flake Drive-In. Usually we're camping so we always eat at our campsite, but this time we ate out all weekend! The food here was really good; I ate a corn dog and Mommy and Daddy had cheeseburgers. It was the best! Mommy told me to tell you just not to look at the floors, walls, tables, chairs or anything... just ignore the dirt.
